Firstly, Labour Simplistic is not a marketing POS (point of sale) or “cold calling” customers driven business and it is impossible to contract specialists at what we do. We have been in operational practice and have 28 years’ worth of experience, yet the experience is different every single time hence us learning and keeping up to date with the latest labour legislation.
So you must have come across the “I am or we are specialists in the labour field”? Regrettably, to say we believe this to be a statement of either ignorance or arrogance but more over BOTH. It does not exist… a specialist in Labour Relations does not exist.
No employer runs their business the same and no employee issues are the same. Everybody across the board, have individual needs and we are specialists in that… Addressing your specific and individual problems or positives… But we believe in our expertise.

Labour Simplistic is a company that was formed based on a small Industrial Relations consultancy firm that started in 1998 by “Rassie Van de Merwe” who started in the labour field as an agent for the Building Industry (Now Closed) in the 80’s and went on to become an ex CCMA and Bargaining Council Commissioner who later free lanced as an independent labour consultant to various companies with special attention and knowledge in the Motor Industry and Engineering sectors. MIBCO and the MEIBC respectively.
The ever growing rights of the employee dampened employers insight to their rights and obligations, but as many employers forgot or were sold on the “we have no rights” attitude it helps us but moreover it lays the foundations for us to expose our services and restore the reigns of successfully concentrating on the running of your core business functions and rely and place the responsibility on a third party to deal with the HR and IR functions in the running of your business.
We do reference checking and encourage you to do the same, upon considering us ask us for a client exposure reference database and we will furnish you with one for all our clients from the 2 man show home business owner to your corporate and you check, I can place all these references at first hand but obviously, we have found that service providers we too use tend to use the “guys” they know or have prepared for a reference, not us, we choose to deal with the honest, reliable, transparent and well informed, as these our values.
